MEET THE OWNERS

IMG_4FC3203DF1D8-1.jpeg

Elsa immigrated to the United States from Mexico back in 2002. Formerly a babysitter, Elsa decided to pursue the restaurant industry in the hopes of providing more opportunities for her son. After opening in 2014, Snacks has grown to be cherished by locals, the Mangoneada being a favorite for many. Elsa’s personal favorite is the Chicaron, a traditional dish made with fried pork belly, which is a reminder of her childhood days. Imported from Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, and more, Snacks uses fresh ingredients to replicate the unique flavors of their hometown.
